Without defense any team is beatable any given day. GB and NE have tremendous offenses and have had pretty good defenses but their defenses were beatable. So they both lost.

I didn't think anyone could touch GB this year. Their offense was just too damn good and their defense is pretty good. But then the offense started to loose momentum and the defense wasn't good enough.

If you have an amazing defense you are always scary. That's why no one ever wants to play the Ravens. They can shut you down on any given day. THen it's up to you to stop them.


I really think that if things keep panning out match up wise... S.F. might win the damn Super Bowl. They can beat NY. And if the Ravens can get through NE I think they can beat the Ravens.

LOL! I got so excited when I read that this morning....but I don't think a stomach flu will last more than a couple of days. He'll probably play.

Let's just hope he's weak on Sunday.

 

He'll play, no doubt. They aren't going to sit their probowl/superbowl QB on a bad bug.

 

But he might not be full strength

 

its probably a media play so that the 49ers spend more time researching/planning for the backup qbs and not focusing on manning

teams do it all the time..dante whitner is on lamont and tonelli in the mornings and he said thats what teams do
