Heres the light panel separating the two motherboards..

Some weekend warrior wiring:

HDD Setup:

8*2tb + 4*3tb + 1 ssd for server OS
Sleeving ugly cables to make them look good

well thing is.. I have a i7 extreme 3rd gen but I may trade it with a friend to get the 4th generation.. my build is a hybrid build with 2 motherboards.. 1 for workstation 1 as a server motherboard.. its a neat little project ive been working on all year and planning and what not..

if you can afford it, i can build it. But I'd advise against dyes, most of the dyes (even from big companies like thermochill and phobya) end up gunking up the the fins in the waterblocks, and they occasionally stain the hoses too.

-5 feet of hosing, ~$5/foot
-8 barbs and clamps (or compression fittings), anywhere from $5-20 a piece
-pump, ~$70 for a MCP355 (you could get the larger 655, but that's a giant waste of space and money for just 2 gpu's. You aren't going to see a noticeable pressure drop at all)
-1 crossfire GPU block bridge ~$15
-radiator ~$60 (for the cheapest 240mm radiator) up to $200-300 for bigger ones
-reservoir ~$50-150
That's not including CPU and any fancy things that you'd want to add,

and im doing raid 5
I cant wait till my build is done so I can just finally start toying with the numbers..
