Ugh time and time again I've been sorely disappointed with the service at the sushi house.. whether it's take-out or sit-down, doesn't matter. Maybe I've been blacklisted or something lol. There are three other sushi places in Alameda that are much much better:
Kai's on Park St.
Kamakura on Santa Clara Ave.
And that new spot that replaced the Sapporo Sushi Boat place on Webster St.

I'd also like to add Steve's Cheesesteaks in santa clara. It rivals cheesesteak shop and i liked it better than amato's.

Speaking of that area, anyone tried Country Waffle or whatever the heck that is in the area where Target is?
This is my favorite thread on I-Club. I'm such a foodie. Haha.

Also, you can try out the new chicken wings spot next door to Circuit City called "Wings". I went there once to meet up with a buddy and I stumbled upon a Scion meet. I passed it a bunch of times thinking it was a shoe store or something. In that same center, there's a Hawaiian plate lunch place next to the Starbucks. There's also Straw Hat Pizza right on the corner when you turn into the street to Gruppe S from Industrial. It's one of the better chain pizza joints I've eaten at, well, at least this location. Then there's some hoagies/cheesesteak place in the center where the Burger King is on Industrial and Mission. I had friends who I hang out with around that area, so I was aware of a few places. LOL.

la luna isn't too bad, although my friends and i don't usually wind up that far down in the mission. limon is also a nice place, and i think it's because the bombay ice cream place is right next door -- MMMM i always have a hard time picking out just one flavor between cardamom rose, masala tea, saffron rose, etc. etc.
the last supper club is also great too. there are so many other good eats in the mission, but i always get a craving for ice cream when i head out there lol
