To be accurate, his car had the avoJDM version of the underspoiler, in black, with some 'diffuser strakes' underneath. Nice piece.
Mine has the STI released underspoiler, its kinda metallic grey like the grill piece on 08-10s. and smooth underneath.
I think thats the part you got too, from your pics you posted in another thread?
If it has the STI sticker in the center its same as mine, only the true R205 part had no sticker.h

And it can be installed without pulling the beam, the brackets do fit with a little bit of dremel work.
