FTFY.Not in the least. I'll ask for them to be put in the waiting area and at the Parts Counter. Heck, if I didn't have to be working a specific manufacturer this week and was still on the Peninsula I'd be putting them everywhere (polite suggestion) including on people's windshields.
It's never too late, just tonight I handed that to someone and they're now going. I told them about the on the spot entry fee plus park fee and that it was for a great cause. Guy couldn't say no. He know's it's not about the small amount of expense, it's about the fun and camaraderie.
It's people like that who can potentially be talking at their office this week about next Sunday and all of a sudden you have a crowd or possibly better, a nicer donation.
Know what I mean? This is the same as I do every day at work, marketing and word of mouth.
I'm not saying "Blow this up." but I will say if you run across someone who might enjoy BAM it's a failure for you or anyone else here to not mention the event and bring people along.

^^ I sold a used exhaust part to a lurker on here yesterday and he didn't know about BAM so I filled him in, and he seemed interested about checkin it out since he lives in the east bay

We discussed very heavily doing a flyer 2 months ago. I am a graphic designer by trade and have access to low cost high number printers of very high quality.
We had our reasons for not doing them this year.
Beyond that, we had a couple vendors that didn't get us logos until about a week ago. If we would have done a flyer a couple weeks ago we'd have a few pissed off vendors because they weren't on it. We already have had a couple vendors that were upset their logos weren't on the website quick enough.
This is a one location flyer.
