That's what deligating is for.

You create a group of people...a team. You deligate.

in years past we've had a design deadline. Open for compitition then voting. people seem happy with that process. but time is VERY short.

There are tons of artists out there.
Its never been my job, nor will it ever... I don't have ANY part or say in the shirts. It's always been someone else not related to "my team", meaning me and a couple of close friends. All we do is put on the event, that's it, and its always been that way.

I started a thread asking for designers, but no one volunteered, and all the good designers posted in that thread saying it be cool for another designer, etc.

So I say we use Jeremys design where that animated car is flying off the mountain.

I dunno really... I dont know crap about illustration. I know typically in the past we've had 2-3 colors... shirt design has varied from small to large.

Also, since people seem to think that Im in charge of EVERYTHING, including shirts, please let it be know to all that Subydude is in charge of all the shirts, NOT ME.

I thought it was pretty clear SD always took care of that. I thought it was especially clear you wouldn't be doing shirts since you originally were going to be too busy to do even just the event.

Do we know the limit for parking in terms of spots available? It's near 300 if I recall.

Gotcha, thanks for the heads up. Ill try and contact them to see what file type they would need, but I will try and throw up and preview rendering this afternoon.

Actually no, we are not in charge of them

We volunteer to PRINT them, but design is always something that is contributed

As long as a design is submitted to us we will take charge of collecting the funds and getting them printed.

What format do you need the design in?

well, we'll do the printing as usual, but designs are usually posted on i-club and we vote on them.

I don't mind posting them, but we need designs submitted before we can do that and so far we have nothing.

Last year you organized it:
https://www.i-club.com/forums/bay-area-15/mt-hamilton-shirt-thread-who-doing-designing-125650/

Once the designs were all submitted we posted a poll for people to vote on the one they liked the most.
