holy nuts. Just saw your pics. Do not sell that car. Just replace the bumper.... I don't know how your luck is so bad though... btw, any ideas what happened to the tyre?

Aight, here's what we do. We train one of your gerbils to attack people if it sees damage to your car. Hide it in the the backseats. Fabricate a little trapdoor it can get out of, and have it own anyone who come close. YES goggogogogogo.

People are too ghetto these days. They don't own up to their own sheet. It's bs.

BTW, is it too late to see if the parking lot had security video? That person needs to be busted big time.

This past summer I was in Hawaii vacationing and I come back to the hotel and the staff inform me that a staffer witnessed a "guest" hit and run my rental. Long story short, the "guest" was called down, we got the police report and turned it into the rental company which pursues the culprit. It was a hassle, but once that was done I didn't have to worry about it.

But if it weren't for the nice staff person witnessing the incident and reporting it, then I would have stuck with the bill... because the buttfocker who hit the car would have left it.

Didn't do tire rotations? Uneven wear on the tires? Sound familiar, Mike?

omg, people cannot park! is urs fixed yet? how muc hwas it to fix it?

It mightve been uneven tire rotation, i dunno, i was gonna do it but didn't get around to it. i don't know if it wouldve been the cause though, I think there was a leak somewhere. I thikn not rotating the tire will just make uneven wear front and back, not sure if that couldve caused it. im looking into all season.

front bumper hit and run came to $999.50. Already got that check.

rear bumper so far came to $840, but I dropped my rear bumper cover to knock out the dent and found she missed my rear bumper beam and tagged my rear quater panel? and dented it slightly. That will probably add about $200.

I bought both bumpers for wholesale $200 and $195. I will get both painted for $250 (got quote already) and will install myself. I am prolly stuck having the body shop repair the q.panel though. All in all I will come out with at least a grad or better after fixing it. It's pretty much paying for my coilovers I am getting next weekend.

Well guys I just order a set of Kumho Escta ASX 235/45/17's for 470 odo with balance and mounting from America Tire Co. The guy was nice and gave me a break with the price match, even though I couldve saved 30 bucks if I bought it from their direct site but I wouldn't get the free tire fix/tire rotation service (although tire rotation is quite easy). Can't wait to put them on. That damn dent is gonna stay for a while till I start making some real money.

Hey guys, just wondering, Can I buy another RE070 with 15k miles on it when my car had 17k miles assuming they are from the same position (rear right) and it'll be fine? I ask because I want to run my summer's in the summer (or track/autox) and all season's in the winter. Thanks!

It's not so much about mileage, it's about the wear that you should be concerned about. Buy a tire tread depth guage at an auto parts store, and measure the tire you're looking to buy. It needs to be very close to your other three tires.

Think about it this way. Someone who commutes generally isn't going to wear the tires as quickly as someone who likes to go canyon-carving, given the same mileage.
