North Nevada Rally 2009

As usual, we need volunteers to help work controls and road blockages, also this year we have a couple of spectator locations where we could use some more marshals.

By signing up and volunteering, you'll get lunch and a t-shirt, as well as a front seat to the action- real cars going real fast on real roads.

This is the closest performance rally event to the bay area for the whole season, I know the usual suspects are already signed up, but here's your chance if you've always been interested or wondered about rally racing, c'mon up to Sparks!

Add AndyC to the list!!! I talked him into setting the weekend aside! Just make sure Andy and I are working the same control or whatever.

For everyone else...GET OUT THERE AND HELP SUPPORT RALLY! We seriously need all the help we can get and this is an awesome event to work. Come have fun!!! I'll provide anyone who's not a "regular" to these events with a FREE BEER at the end of the day.

My husband wants to know what kind of beer?

JK we would love to be part of the inner workings for rally.

Is there a specific hotel everyone stays at? Or which hotel is good?

If I only had a job...

...then I could afford to volunteer.

I'll buy you a pint of your favorite! And if you've got an unhealthy addition to rally I would have to assume you're either signed up to drive the event or signed up as a volunteer!

Hey Brian, tell Andy to get signed up, if he isn't in the database he won't get an assignment, much less lunch and a t-shirt!

oh, i hope they have Stone Brewing Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout... somehow i doubt it though. heh... in fact, i have a large bottle of that stuff aging in my cupboard.

my wife is going to book the hotel room, and once that is secure, i'll sign up for either Road Marshall or Spectator Marshall...
