umm i don't remember. i just know it was lit enough that I didn't realize that my headlights were off. and yes i'm taking it to court...i barely went anywhere before getting pulled over, and i did turn on my headlights before he even flashed his red and blues on me.

even if the judge doesn't throw out the ticket he will most likely lower the fine.
