I'm going to give another hit to Harlows. Harlows is in a cool location because about 100 feet up is Centros, which has excellent food and drink and above Centros is blue cue, which is a classy pool hall. It's fun to go up there and just have a few drinks. No cover there either

I hope this helps.

Club Elements - Friday and Saturday nights
815 L Street - Thursday nights is the best
Club Aqua - Saturdays is cool
Sidelines - a lil ghetto but cool on Saturdays but cool overall.
La Disco (JukeBox) - a lil salsa flavor on Saturday nights
Tropicana (Polyesters - which closed over a year ago is a kicking spot on Fridays - house, latin house, salsa, spanish rock
Zebra - good for a drink and to hang out, anynight.
McGhees - off of Sunrise. Good place to chill on certain nights
RJ Grins - a lil older crowd but cool place to chill (Fri & Sat).
Faces - good beats, but crowd is VERY open minded.

Club kid r us.

I would have them check out Moods in old town Sac. That place is supposed to be a lot of fun. Another place recently opened that is very upscale is "K-bar" at 12 and K downtown. It's right across from the IMAX.
Yep, yep.

I'll second that Harlows shout.....its a cool place....so is the Pool hall upstairs (Blue Cue), and the best part is....the dude with the hot dog stand that sits out on the sidewalk for everyone coming out of the Blue Cue until 2-3 AM!
