My wife Christina is still on the fence about coming. One day it's NO, the next day YES. I'm trying to tell her realistically what the days are going to be like. One of her main concerns is "rest stop-bathroom breaks" And the other of course is my driving. It'll make her a nervous wreck if she thought i was going to crash every few minutes. But i tell her that most of the drive will be a "timed" rally so that we won't be going that fast. The fireside talk/party get together is what she's think sounds the best. And i have to say i too am looking forward to it.
here's my camping list so far
1) tent
2) sleeping bag
3) change of clothes
4) firewood
5) axe
6) matches & lighter
7) 2 bottles red wine
8) gallon of water
9) BBQ stuff
10) chicken teriyaki
11) firestarter log
12) stuff for smores
13) paper plates, wine opener etc..
i'll be ready.

Ya the truck will be full. And i'm sure it'll effect the handling alittle bit. The heavy stuff i'll keep on the floor in the back seat to lower the center of gravity.
