Damn, I bet swapping out rims feels like you gained 50hp!!

 

Im not going to lie I almost picked up a set not that long ago. its a cheap way into an set of 18 inch rims.

 

they been around for over a year already....

its just the base model wheels. BBS dont come in standard on the 08/09/and i guess the 2010 models.

An 18x8.5" Rota is P45F is only 22lbs and looks a hell of a lot better.

If I had $800-1000 laying around, I wouldn't care what wheels a car came stock with, I would just get a new set anyway. However, those who prefer to roll stock won't have much of a choice besides upgrading to BBS's (unfortunately no longer standard).

Besides, wheel weight on a street car is overrated. Give me a tough wheel anyday

 

well they came with my 08 sti and i guess i live with what i have

i am planning on another set of wheels and then making the oem's my winter snow wheel set.

 

im not a fan. reminds me of the gti with the small, awkward gap between each spoke

 

How are those rare? They're the stock rim on the base 08/09 STI.

 

I might like them in gunmetal/black but 27 lbs? nothanks.
