New WRX

This has probably been covered, but what do you guys think of the new Rex?

The front will take some getting used to. Im surprised they didnt do much to the rear... I think that has always been the weakest looking aspect of the car.

Seen both models in person and I have to say Subaru's website does not do the car any justice. The 4 pots look sexy and even the stock rims are a step up.

Agreed...much better in person than the pics.

Hope the 2.5 sees higher gains w/ mods than the 2.0...TBD...sure it will though...no replacement for displacement .

Yes, I'd agree on the rims. I wanna upgrade my stock 16's to the new 17's to keep it more sleeper looking.

The new wheels are a welcome change, but the front end takes getting used to

not to nit-pick, but wouldnt the 16s be even more sleeper than the 17s?

Yeah, but you get better traction and ride quality with a 17" set-up!

i'm also changing my mind again on the front end.

at first i thought it's a nice change, but after looking are real world pixs, i'm back to not liking it.

plus they gave the STI a smaller hood scoop. lol....

Yes...I meant more sleeper looking than aftermarket 17's. I'm upgrading to 17's at sometime or another, I failed to mention that. Thanks for keepin me on my toes!

Unstble, I don't think the ride quality is gonna be better than my 16's (infact, I highly doubt it), but you are right about the traction, and stability will be better.
