At least the car in OPs pic is only kinda eating the line. I dont know if you guys have seen it but there has been a few time where some ricer felt like parking right in the middle of 2 parking spots i guess to prevent any one from parkign near his car. Back when i used to drive my jetta id love backing in next to these kind of people to block in the drivers side.

yeah...for some reason when i take a corner spot and park right against the wall/line...people automatically assume that gives them the right to an extra foot of my space

@ 6.) Make Fake CredentialsA buddy of mine may or may not borrow someone's parking permit, scan it, print it on heavy glossy cardstock, and hang it from his mirror. It may or may not work every semester too.
Also, before my school switched to the $1 parking permits that print the date/time on them, they just had the serialized ones and the attendants didn't memorize what number range should be being put out each day, so a $1 permit could last you a long time if you didn't destroy it.
