Wow, Bittorrent is really slow - I get most of my downloads below 5 KB/s...takes days

One download started at 200 KB/s and then stopped after 2 Megs of data, no seeds left

This is really frustrating and I don't even know what I'm downloading. I was looking for Intial D but it's not going well.

search for "bittorrent" under google. theres sites explaining the use and showing differt clients you can use. download and install one of the clients then you click the bittorrent link for the file and select the dir. to save the file to. very simple to use.

I can help you set it up...I just did it in a few minutes:

1. Download a bittorrent client, I have gone through three different ones, but the one I'm using now, which seems to work the best so far for me is Azureus. Here's the link:

http://azureus.sourceforge.net/

2. Now run and install it - don't bother with the Java install unless you know you need it or if it doesn't work.

3. After it is installed just go to a bit torrent site and download whatever turns you on. Here the link to one of the sites I'm using:

http://downloadanime.org/

That should do it -
Good Luck

Okay, question for all you experts out there - how do I know what languages are included? I've spent all day trying to download a few inital D episodes and One of them is in Japanese with Spanish subtitles....not very good for me...

<Click> Azureus_2.2.0.2_Win32.setup.exe
<Click> Atlanta, GA North America 5268 kb (you click on the picture to the left of 5268)
<Click> Save (save it to someplace easy to remeber)
Now find the file that you saved and run it. After that it will come up automatically.
