does anyone know any good channels on IRC that have Initial D subbed??? Sorry for the thread semi-jack but I use IRC to download Naruto and I must say IRC is so muchh more efficient that the Torrents.

I don't see how irc can be more efficient unless the files are be hosting on a really really fast connection. if you have a router just make sure you are forwarding the correct ports and it will go really fast, i downloaded episode 7 in 40 minutes.

Ya but Dan is right. The IRC vs. bit torrent argument is really irrelevant because it is dependent on the IRC channel that you connect to where as bit torrent is really dependent upon how popular the file is and how many people are currently "trading" the file.

what do you mean by forwarding the correct ports? I have a wireless dsl router at home and when I was downloading eps 5 and 6 it took FOREVER! Thanks!

well, what I found was to setup my wireless router to enable those port for forwarding... I hope it works...
