Is it me, or is the image quality of these alot higher quality than the other intital d eps that have been online???

You mean the sceen caps? They do look good. Evey Stage/Season has looked better than the last, and Stage 4 is no exeption.

What screen caps you ask? These one's of course.

Something like that. A team of Type R's no less. I havent watched the RAWS yet, but I keep hearing that Bunta and his GC WRx are supposed to be these ones.

No, actually I meant the video quality, not so much the cartoon quality. This compression seems to be even better than the first two. Its almost DVD quality.
