I think we're all adults and should be able to mostly moderate ourselves. There are occasions when time outs or bans are necessary but for the most part it's not really necessary.
As for me being a MOD. It's up to you guys. But I definitely agree that we need another MOD and they should be relatively active and I think an O.G. member would be a wise choice. I also think it should be someone that has demonstrated a history of supporting this forum and it's members.

Bah. When it comes to being a MOD I'm actually pretty reasonable. I was a MOD on a much larger site for about 10 years. I'd still be one if I was more active but I didn't like the new mod tools and just wasn't active enough in modding.
