Car Info: 2015 WRX Base Galaxy Blue
New i-club member
Hi All,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I ordered my 2015 base WRX in Galaxy Blue last week (here in the Bay Area) and am patiently waiting for the ~8 weeks until it's supposed to arrive. My previous cars were a 2005 VW GTI and a 2009 Civic SI - I'm very excited to be driving a WRX soon.
A quick "about me": married, 49ers fan, work in SF and live in South SF, Berkeley alumni, love spicy food, working out
I don't imagine doing many modifications to my car. Now that I have some money (and not a poor college student), I would love to learn how to be a better driver (maybe some lessons?) and perhaps participate in autocross / track racing. Any guidance from experienced members on how to break into the racing scene is always welcome.
Would love to meet you guys sometime in the future
