but, seriously, i'm down w/my home squad Giants, but I could really care less about stickball. The few games that I go to are just for the experience. I love ballpark eats & just hanging w/my homeboys & homegirls. It was pretty interesting wearing my Giants hat & rep'ing for them at the game in LA last weekend tho.....lota "witty" commentary & some hard looks, but for the most part everyone was cool...quite a few other Giants heads in the stands too.

anyways, it's just business, and besides, the Giants hat goes great w/my fit!

oh, and DR3, you're pretty cute when you're not going crazy w/the bronzer.......gimme a call sometime, cutie, we'll go have some chix & waffles in the hood or something! LOL

no joke......i dig chix+waffles+40's AND ESPECIALLY WATERMELON!! Gimme a lil head's up, and put a coat of wax on my SIX-FO & roll thru hittin the switches, pumps, & dumps for some pancake action to go along w/them waffles.

and a Roscoe's shindig sounds real good, but the bootleg Roscoe's we have up here isn't the same. In case y'all didn't know, it's the same name but not same franchise. Nothing beats the OG SoCal Roscoe's.

yeah, The Bay will always be "home" no matter what, but I really dig & miss LA.

if i knew there were so many other SoCal transplants & fans here, I would've loaded up on Tommy's, Roscoe's, Fatburger, & carne asada fries for y'all before I came back I still can not find a good carne asada fries place up here.

if any of you are really fiending for some of that grub tho, i can have one of my peoples scoop some up, flash, freeze+overnight them to you.

<shameless plug>My friend just bought into a shipping franchise......... www.VitalExpress.com </shameless plug>

carne asada fries? WTF?

although Nor Cal will be my home, i do miss San Diego. ( staying with a friend in Claremont Mesa was a blast ) i loved being hungry at 3am, and all the good mexican places were still open.

the horchata up here is not the same

you're from Daygo & never heard of carne asada fries, word?? SD has one of the hottest spots for that delicious carbo load of a monstrosity......"Super Sergio's!" I've never been there myself, but plenty of my boys down there have.

Here's what it looks like (pic not of Super Sergio's fries but same idea)

The stuff is goooooooood. Chili cheese fries are soooo 2005. lol Seriously, try it, and you'll never go back.

And, yeah, SD is a really, really nice place to live. Housing & cost of living is going through the roof down there just like The Bay & SF in particular, but can't beat living on the coast, GOOD eats at all hours, & clean air. You just gotta deal w/all the Messicans (no dis to the brown brothas & sistas in here, but y'all know what I'm talking about too)

well, enough yapping....time to get fed. I sure wish I was going to Roscoe's tho.

oops, I forgot, I'm not a Mexican food expert, but the horchata & a la frescas at that tacqueria down on Mission & 2X or the high teens are really good.....their burritos too. I know some of you people in here know what I'm talking about. I've seen a bunch of Suby's around there, & the spot is always packed after the clubs & bars let out.
