^^^^^if you ever go to SD you really have to hit Super Sergio's for those asada fries. everyone i know that's gone there absolutely raves about them....randoms on the Internet too. I just wish I could find one freakin place around here that makes em. it's not like it's rocket science....somewhere just has to have it. 
as for cheesesteaks, all i know is The Cheesesteak Shop on Divisadero in SF is pretty dang good.....clogs the hell outa yer arteries, but their sammiches are YUMMY, esp their beef+garlic joints!
man, all this food talk is making me hungry!!
