oh yeah.
i got a fix it ticket my first week up here
way to welcome me eh?

Welcome I see you are on the eastside. I live in downtown San Jose about 10 minutes away. Be careful with all the ricer suby owners on that side of town.

Stay away from Capital at night a lot of cops cracking down on street racers. Well thats if you have a modified car.

Other than that welcome to the bay come out to South Bay Meets.

As far as the process is concerned, switch the parts back to stock, find an officer and ask them to sign off on the ticket (you'll need the ticket with you). After that, you need to wait for your "courteousy notice" to arrive. Then you just go down to the courthouse, give them the ticket, the notice, and $10.
alright.
this is what it says on the ticket
i dont even know what some of it is saying cause the hand writing is all screwed up, stupid officer thinks hes a doctor or somethin...

anywho this is whats on it:
27156(b) cvc- illegal _ missions
s_ _ sticker -> ref sight off only
hks air realse valve and no carb _ _ intake
pc 27150 cvc
(underscore is for letters/words i cant make out haha...)

open to suggestions!

27150 CVC is for an adequate muffler, I'm guessing you have a catback? The hard one is 27156(b) CVC because it does require a state emissions referee to sign off on it. The advantage to this is that they may sign off on your current intake and give you a sticker. Then again, it's more likely they'll tell you to change it.

As to fighting it, the only part you could possibly fight is the 27150 CVC, as that is measured by dB.
