As for the camaro ss, on chevy's website it list the curb weight at 3849
http://www.chevrolet.com/camaro/features-specs/

You probably looked at the Gross weight and not the curb weight

I also agree that the STi could use more power, don't get me wrong it's still great and quick but it's a bit disappointing it hasn't gotten a power bump since 2004.

Ah, thanks.... but what is the difference? On a related note, I really want to go down to the local dump and weigh my car for ****s and giggles.

I think if the WRX got a 38HP boost from 227HP to 265HP, then the STi should get the same... Should be at 340-350 stock imo.

curb weight is the weight of the car without any passengers or cargo in it.
gross weight is the weight of the car with all maximum amount cargo in it (including passengers).

I like the new changes to the new edition... all the right bits. Wheels, suspension, etc... But yeah I've been calling for 350 for a while.

Honestly... if I was buying and AWD SEDAN right now I'd probably buy and EVO. I like the new ones when you add a few of the right bits to them and you can make stupid HP with very few changes. Really not hard to get 450 out of them and stay streetable. A lot less than the STI.

The hatch is sick though.
