The BBB has no legal standing - it's a business group. To get real action, you'll probably have to use the law or at least threaten it. Have a family friend who's a lawyer? Get them or hire someone to write a 'big foot' letter to say in no uncertain terms that you know you'll win and are willing to take them to court.. that may be enough to scare them into action.

The dealer showed you a carfax the indicated a crash, but lacked details.
At that point you should have walked away and/or got your own carfax report before purchasing the car.
They dangled a lower price & you bit.
What constitutes "major wreck"?
Who decides?
****ty dealership practices......

There are a lot of consumer protection statutes that will help you out, but it appears as though you like the car and aren't really interested in trading it in. You need to ask yourself: Do I want to get rid of the car or not?
WIth respect to the clause in the K limiting your amount of time, you will have a 'reasonable' amount of time to return the Car. How long did you wait to contact the dealership and make efforts to rescind the contract? Did you document any of the correspondence you made with the dealership, salesman, or the GM? If you have documentation to show that you made a good faith effort to rescind the contract within a reasonable amount of time, then this isn't likely to be a major problem.
Since it says a "major contact," a turnover is probably sufficiently major to invoke that clause in your K.
Honestly, if you got a good deal and like the car, and don't see anything that's obviously wrong, you're probably better off keeping it because the time you will spend in addition to your lawyer's fees will eat into whatever extras you may be able to extract from the dealer...
It's unfortunate, but shady dealers get away with this crap all the time.

Do your homework first, then take the test.
