Needed: oscilliscope

Hi guys,

I need to borrow an oscilliscope for a day or two (friday and/or saturday). If anyone has one, please PM me. I'd be happy to barter tuning/dyno time/etc,.

I have two...ones a brand new four channel unit, I picked up last month.

I forget the model#'s, but it has a database,wiring diagrams ETC., nice color screen.

Cost about $2400

U can buy some nice older ones on Ebay for alot less.

yeah i have been looking at hp/aligent ones for a while now...

was t hinking of picking up some goverment surplus ones at auction..

but i prob will be putting all that **** on hold for a while..

hp/aligent 4-channel what what? Get a 50 year old cathode ray from place like Halted Specialties. Hardcore, cheap, and I somehow doubt that for automotive applications you need spectrum analyzing (or anything digital) or are looking for nanosecond sweep intervals or something.

teknet has tons of used test equipment, often at really competative prices:

and Shiv you guys really should own one, even if it only gets pulled out once in a while, it's a really vital piece of test equipment.

Besides, that way you don't have to re-learn the user interface on a different one everytime you borrow one...
