Hey, if anyone in the eastbay has a stock catback sitting around... could I borrow it for a couple of days to smog my car?


I'll pay $20 and pick it up and return..

what is wrong with your catback as far as smog goes?

 

You dont need a catback to get a SMOG check since it is after the Catalytic Converter there is no need for a CARB sticker.

 

unless ur not running a catback at all...

 

If you need a stock downpipe with 2 cats in place to pass smog I've got one you can borrow, no need for $20, just bring it back when your finished.

If all you've changed is your cat-back then you'll pass fine.

 

I have a stock downpipe, but I think its best if i showed up with a stock catback also beacuse the RS-R needs a wacky adapter to fit with the stock downpipe and if i was swapping out the downpipe... swapping the catback is another 10 minutes...
