Need someone to edit a picture for me
I'd be a fat slob if I had to go to the gym like every other schlub after their 9-5. Find a main activity you enjoy...running, biking, boxing, whatever and incorporate some functional strength training to supplement your preferred method of exercise.
Remember, worrying about bodyfat is for bodybuilders and girls. Besides, bodybuilders are fat as hell most of the year, they dip to low single digits for a very short period of time. Sub 6% bodyfat is super unnatural for 9 out of 10 people.

Oh damn, that's tall for the kind of build you have going. It's tough for us tall guys to gain muscle mass, it just makes it more impressive to know that someone is big and tall, rather then a short guy who is all built because it's much easier for short guys to gain muscle mass then it is for tall people.
How much do you weigh? My biggest was when I was 265lbs with 4% body fat... I'm 6'6.5 though so I was never HUUUUGE, but it was my biggest. It was a lot of work, almost a lifestyle, it consumed all my time. I used to eat 8 meals a day, I even woke up two times per night to drink shakes. I was soooo dedicated that I finally burned myself out and let the lifestyle go, it was far too much work and no matter how hard I worked, it wasn't hard enough because Im a perfectionist so I was never happy.
Keep up the good work man.
