Good to know, not that I was doubting Mert. I know he cam from GST with a good reputation and has worked on my car already since going out on his own.

I think it's EQ. But that's my own personal bias.

I knew/met Myles when he first opened that shop. Lived next door. I shipped soon after. I always wondered if he'd do right. He always seemed like more of a businessman than an enthusiast.

That's what I like about Mert. He is there to operate a business, but loves the hobby and enjoys sharing the transformation of your car.
That and he does great work and is honest. And don't forget Jo Jo. No idea if that's really his name. That is what I call him and he is always in a good mood.

This is the big problem here, people are afraid to call out people/shops/parts that are bull****, out of fear of backlash or "oh they are on here" Trust me, someone screws me over, this whole forum is going to know about it, even if they are a sponsor here.

My suggestion, call them, say "I Have paid you XXXX dollars, you have tell X date to finish and deliver. My call on X-1 day, is to a lawyer."(ONLY if they do not respond to a last proper and polite query)
for once I agree with you, but this is a problem i have noticed on here. and that is why when you search any shops name all you hear is good stuff leaving the next person to get screwed over. If what you say is true then post the name of the shop and a stand up shop will respond maturely and handle the situation.

And on that note. I'm out. Should anyone feel upset about my opinion on certain companies customer service or work abilities, you can pm me...

Or you can set up a time and a date to discuss over coffee and pastries... Your dime. All my money went to Mert...

I didn't because I did not have a chance to hash out my frustrations with the shop. I usually am not that forgiving of a person but I have tried to becaome more open minded in my years. I really wanted to gauge if the actions I felt like taking were a little rash. So I truly do apreciate yo guys chimeing in and giving your honest opinoins as that's what I wanted.

Agreed. I think i waited over a month for Ed to email me back about setting up a tune. Never replied when i got the random email back that i had already forgotten about.....he gives good info but you gotta deal with the snail trail that leads to it.

Gonna have to say EQ as well. I've had a bad run in with them as well and will no longer take my business there. OP, I agree with everyone as far as putting the shop on blast
