Question Need help for pressure test

hi peeps,

Anyone on the forum will be able to help me do a pressure test to test leaks on my car?

I am only hitting 5psi for boost.

During boost, I hear a whistle sound - sounded like a hose is leaking and I can hear air coming out of the hose. Besides that, there is a weird smell in the air cabin whenever I hit boost.

I don't expect it done for free of course, so please let me know what is expected in return

my location is in east bay , fremont. I will drive to you of course.

Have you checked all the hoses in the engine bay? Mods?

If you're in Fremont, and you want a shop to help, Speed Element is just down the street.

I checked all the hoses to the maximum extend of my ability. Because I am mechanically challenged. haha

I will try to take a video later when I get home from work during boost.

mods:
prodrive cai (will change back to stock air box within a week)
spt catback exhaust
manual boost controller (can't tell what brand. But will change back to stock MBC within a week)

I just need a quick help from someone to spot an easy fix, in case it is just a hose that came lose.

Sounds like you're just hitting wastegate pressure. How long have you had that MBC installed? I'd take a look if I had time as I'm in the Fremont area, but like STI owns evo said check out SE if they have time.
