Have an essay due this monday, and I do not have a clo not understand this question.

"Explain and describe the varying political ideologies in the United States today. Elaborate on those ideologies, include in your description the orgination and sources of such ideologies and the social effects of these ideologies on our nation and its political leaders."

Just need to know what this question means, or anything would be great....

Basically describe the different parties including the ones that are seldom heard, describe what those parties traditionally and routinely stand for, how they were founded, how they evolved over the years (ex. modern liberal movement during Vietnam and beyond), and how these different views influenced our nation and leaders. At least that's what I get from it...?

You shouldn't have to dwell on any obscure ideologies unless you're going to eventually tie it to a President that had these qualities. Find a few good or bad Presidents from each of the established parties and tell their stories by tying in these key points for their respected parties. As you explain how they evolved to the Presidency from College (or whatever point in time you choose) you can also dwell on how the rest of the nation was changing with them. Reagan may be a good leader to talk about as he once was a Democrat before becoming a Republican. There was a reason why he switched and it had a lot to do with the evolution of the party.

i'de atleast identify some,most, or all ideologies and find information for them for the rest of your assignment question.

To be honest I'm a bit puzzled what class one could be needing to write this essay for where you don't understand the question?

I mean do you not know what political ideology is? I would hope that they've been discussing it in class, or have you been skipping class and now want i-club to cover your lack of attendance?

How about this-

Political ideology in America is all about how to get rich.

Republicans like to get rich by recieving kick-backs from military contracors and energy interests in exchange for relaxing relulations and initiating unprovoked wars in foreign lands.
This was initiated by Ronald Reagan and George H Bush in their clandestine operations in Central america and Gulf War 1.

Democrats on the other hand prefer to obtain their wealth from benifactors in the entertainment business and social enterprises.
The democratic ideology has its origin in Bill Clinton who liked to blow on a sax while having an intern blow on his organ.

Both these ideologies are destryoing america by subverting the constitution and distracting the country from the fact that we have a crappy education system and most every other country in the world has taken over manufacturing and all productive economic advantages so that only those who embrace the ideology of getting rich at any cost will have the slightest chance of surviving.

 

Well theres 6 questions thats she asked us to answer, this is the only question I did not understand, thats about it. Also thanks for the help...
