Need help with part number.

while changing my inlet I discovered how brittle the hoses and plastics are on my old 03 wrx. Long story short: I broke the y-fitting that runs from the block to the inlet to the Intake manny where the PCV valve is. Here is a pic for reference:

it is the oil and dirt covered part under the outlet end of the turbo. I've searched and have not had any luck. I have no idea what its OEM name is to look it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated....or If you have these parts (y-fitting, hoses) laying around Please let me know via PM. Thanks in advance.

also, I've searched haynes and Chilton and still can't find a diagram for it. i'm not sure what system it is part of, just a hunch that it's PCV...or EGR?

I'm guessing you mean part #12 in this diagram?

Doesn't list the part number, but here's a link: 2002 SUBARU Impreza Parts - http://subaruparts.com

At that price, you may as well get an aftermarket y-pipe made of silicone so you don't run into the problem again.
