Thanks for the offer Gibz. I guess it would just be the injectors as unit 91 said.
no smoke, looks fine except that I noticed the ticking.

My car makes a "fap...fap...fap" noise.
Comes from the driver's side of the passenger compartment and gets louder when I drive by a bikini carwash....

i've heard of this, they say that the shiftboot gets stuck after a while as well.
