Like Cal said... The reason why we don't roll any fenders because we don't want any customer come back and say .. hey the paint crack... and is hard not to have some paint crack even we heat up the paint/fender first... That's why we only roll fenders on our own car or friend's car only. Or you can come borrow it and use it here.
Thanks

My suggestion is, do a few fenders - your own cars, whatever, and snap pics of how they came out - good or bad. Print them out, and COMPLETELY explain what can happen when this job is done. This will work better than a silly 'we are off the hook if we screw your car up' form, and most likely scare away the people you would have issues with. Similarly, don't offer a service that you aren't capable of performing!! People roll fenders all the time with 'proper tools' and improper tools, and they come out great - this shows that it IS possible. Having it come out bad is completely the fault of the person doing the work. Like a bad paint job or anything else that requires more skill than simply removing and replacing a part. And finally, never blame it on the customer who is just looking to have something done professionally. That is seriously bad form. Not directing this to you guys, just saying in general.
I will post pics of what happened to my car so people can see what can happen. I will not say who did this work though, so don't ask. With this job it's astounding to me that someone would call me up and have me come pick up my car in this condition. What's even worse is to tell me that 'it was like that when I brought it in' or any of the other BS I went through in the process of having my car professionally ****ed up.
The person that did this to my car was looking right at the fender as the damage was getting worse and worse. They could have stopped when they saw that bad things were happening, and found someone who knew what they were doing, but they didn't - they kept on wrenching the quarter panels untill a couple thousand dollars worth of damage was done. This person should have been fired for doing so much willfull damage to a customer car. The damage to my car was completely the result of an incompetent person. PERIOD.

No one likes crap surprises like that.
