They're legal if you have legitimate proof of its use in recreational martial arts. Making your own is easier.

lol, nuts of steel much kyle? I believe they're illegal kuz theres nothing stopping the momentum so it would hurt more than a baseball bat without using so much effor and energy.

hmm...they look mini sized, but if the nunchucks on the front page are full sized then yeah i'd **** my pants. i just assumed they were mini ones since that chain looks so small...but i guess that may be a full sized chain so those handles are like a foot long? yeah that would hurt.

another question, how heavy is it?

I want to get one of those collapsible batons, because they sound cool when they extend.

And "blunt weapons" are a felony but gun is a misdemenor?! lol

so the Maglite i keep between my passenger seat and center console could get me in trouble?! no i didnt think so...stupid laws

nunchucks or ASPS are 100% instant felonys. You get caught with it and you're screwed! I wouldnt even post about it. You might as well have an illegal gun while you're out.

its strange how guns are misdemeanors but weapons like an asp are felonies.

know you know why i keep saying kalif laws are so <bleep>ed up...

btw, it's a misdeamenor if you are found to be carrying a loaded concealed firearm, for the first time...

because the primary function of it is a flashlight. a weapon is secondary.

but like the baseball bat example i mentioned, a baseball by itself can be mistakenly be charged as a felonious weapon. that's what you better carry that bat in an athletic bag with dirty cleats, used looking baseballs and a mitt...
