South Valley Auto on Almaden does great work, but they had an account manager that completely dropped the ball, who has since been fired thankfully. My accord had $15k worth of damage and it was repaired flawlessly. The problem was that I had WORK Meisters on the accord and one of them was damaged. The account manager was supposed to order another one, but somehow I got lame *** excuse after lame *** excuse from him. I let it go for a while, then finally got pissed off after not hearing from him for a few weeks, so I decided to do a personal visit only to find he'd been fired. They looked at my account and it showed that it had been closed. I got bent. There was no freaking way I was going to eat the cost of the wheel when my adjuster already approved payment for it. It's now been 6 months and I'm still waiting for them to cut me a check, they say they are trying to get a hold of the guy to see what was going on, but it's just more excuses.


For quality of work I give them an A+, for customer support I give them a D-. I shouldn't have taken the car until the wheel came in, but I had the stockers and wanted the car back so I could sell it.

 

There is a body shop right next to BOZZ in Union City. Union City Auto Body.

They are doing our Top Secret Supra Demo car right now (wide body). Fixing it after small incedent and we wouldnt have given it to anyone.
