yep...i work right next to that stretch of I80...luckily the store and parkinglot didnt get flooded out though. needless to say...we ran outta sand bags and generators QUICK
ha, the first thing i thought when i saw the title "my whole block is flooded" i was like that totally sucks that his engine took in water.. but now that i think about it...i was wrong... hehe
