I miss bikes so much.

I've got the urge to get the new ZX-10R, but I've been able to hold back.

Honda should stick to commuters, that's the only thing they're good at making, if they'd take 40 lbs off thier bikes they MIGHT be in the running with the others

I now can only look forward to have cheaper car insurance, being able to rent a car anywhere, turning 30, and balding. yay...

DITTO!... on all accounts!

where are you hearing that you have to be 18? they wouldnt have let me take the class if i couldnt get my M1 till i was 18... it says right on the DMV site that you must be 16 years of age and have had your permit for 6 months, theres nothing about 18... now i have heard rumors that there are going to change the law and anyone born 1990 and up will have to wait till there 18. They also wouldnt have let me got my permit if i had to wait till i was 18, because permits only last one year.

Read the kieth code or you will die.

Thanks, and don't ride like a squid.

P.S.

If I had that bike at 18 I'd either be in a wheelchair or coffin right now.
I had a CBRF4 at >25 years old and age only slowed me down a little. Don't ride without proper gear, either. Chicks don't dig handicap placards, especially when you earn it out of stupidity.

first of all, congrats on the bike. I own an 04 600RR as well. I love the bike. Get the suspension dialed in for your weight and enjoy.

as for that accident...yes, it was the old ladies fault, but had the rider been riding safely, he'd of been able to avoid it.

think of it this way, who cares who's fault it is in a bike accident, you'll be dead or injured. It's not like a car where you call insurance and blame who gets to pay the deductable. you crash, you're hurt or dead....period. Knowing this, it's your responsibility to avoid everything..including other people mistakes.

I don't want to sound like a preacher, but...if it helps you avoid injury/death, i'll do it.

hit up www.bayarearidersforum.com if you haven't already

enjoy, it's one hell of a toy!
