all you dumbasses who say you're jealous and wish you could get bikes, you can get a bike if you want right now.

if you wanted to ride bad enough, you would find a way to do so.

don't be chicken ****s, if you think you're bad enough to ride then go buy a bike and ride that ****.

I had motorcycles and I did stupid shait. Just glad I didn't get seriously hurt in the crashes I had. For one, I'm happy I've ridden a bike on the busy (nutty) streets of NorCal - I'm persuaded it made me a better driver. So no regrets there. But I'm also happy I got out of it while I was still in once piece.

If you get a motorcycle and ONLY do track days - good.
If you get a motorcycle and plan on going fast on the streets - that's dumb.

I could never get another streebike unless I had the $$ and time to ONLY do track days - but that it like burning a chunk of $$ every time do do them.. This is my personal opinion

BTW..2 weeks ago I watched the movie FASTER... one word - RESPECT!!

My neighbor has a Ducati 749. I know they arn't the fastest bikes in the world, but if I was to get a bike this would be the one. It's just got a coolness factor that few other bikes can touch. Especially when you see it up close. It's just friggen sexy.

thread hijack follows: Why is it that young kids on this forum always remove their year of birth from their birthday after being on the forum for a few months? Then, they try pretending that they are older. Sad.... very sad.

If I'm not mistaken you have to be 18 to get a mc liscense, A couple months ago a 16 year old kid killed himself down the street from my house on the brand new f4i his parents bought him, he hit a 70 year old lady making a left in her buick. Both were speeding, 40 in a 25 and like 70 in a 25, guess who was going 70.

Dan your makin me feel old now. ;x

I am 23 and making good money for my age. But then I look at people that are like kids to me (a.k.a. < 20) and assume their parents are sporting for them cause when I was that young I was just starting to build credit and make good money.

::sighs::

I now can only look forward to have cheaper car insurance, being able to rent a car anywhere, turning 30, and balding. yay...

are you talking about me? if so everybody in this thread knows my age so i didnt hide it. and im not trying to pretend im older. the reason why other kids hide there age is because of people like you that give them **** for not being old enough to drive and or having a suby. Just my opinion. not trying to dis you or anything thats just what im thinking they think, lol

no you can be 16, i already took the MSF course so im getting the M1 license soon. and about that crash, it was still the cars falt for pulling in front of him, so in that crash it didnt matter what age the kid was. but im sure they blamed the bike considering they always do
