That is the sticker of an ignorant schmuck. I'm not any less guilty of driving a gas guzzler than you are, but at least I'm grateful for the prius drivers out there that are saving the gas for us.

Prius drivers saving gas? So a prius that gets driven as a commuter car that drives say 35,000 miles annual is better than a wrx that's used to commute say 10,000 annually?

You know because all Prius drivers drive very little.

Oh and what about the batteries in the car that can not be recycled? What's going to happen to the millions of batteries in 5 years... all that nuclear waste?

Hybrid's are a joke.

What we should be doing is talking California in to letting more diesel cars into the state and talking companies in to actually developing cars that get better gas mileage. 30mpg is jack ****. Hell there were cars in the 70's getting more than that and cars in the 90's getting more than 45 that WERE NOT HYBRIDS.

****ing prius.

However, I'm just another one in the huge crowd that is going to disagree with you, and I'm ungrateful for the Prius driver who is so used to driving immediately to the furthest left lane on the freeway, that even if they're going 10 under the speed of everyone else to the right of them, they refuse to move lanes.

F a Prius. Hybrids are a scam for anything other than saving some gas in the short term. All that environmental talk is such crap marketed towards Whole Foods Activists™.

gas saver is just civic and corolla. paying extra money for prius means you paid ur gas before u even drive the car. and the battery is a waste in the future.

all subarus are 99% recyclable. which makes it more environmentally friendly than prius.

subaru plants in indiana is a zero landfill plant, so from every aspect, subarus are more environmentally friendly than prius or any of those hybrids

It's funny how all these hippys think they're saving the planet by driving a hybrid . I mean f*ck, just BUILDING a Prius causes more environmental damage than the entire lifespan of a Landrover Discovery. Wtf! And that's before you take into account the emissions coming from the prius, and the battery that will be heading straight to the landfill.

Also, I see a lot of people in hybrids going 75+ on the freeway because they think "I'm in a hybrid, I can go as fast as I want and still get excellent gas mileage!" Fail.

No it's not, I'm anti prius aka "Toyota smug mobile" - Jeremy Clarkson. The people that drive them do it for a status, they don't save the world any more than a "gas guzzler" due to the environmentally damaging batteries that they contain....

I hate the majority of prius owners because a lot of them drive like retards.... driving 90 mph in the carpool lane is really saving the world gas, especially cause I always get cut off by them when they're trying to get into said lane.

seems as though the general consensus is that you, akdmx, are outnumbered on this one.
