yeah, a wrx with carbon fiber and wings and all that sort of extraneous crap fits quite nicely into the world of rice. Oh wait, i mean - "personalization" or "self expression" or whatever. Luckily most of the divers are cool, just because most ricers are all about looks - and you don't buy a wrx because of the looks, at least for HOT looks. They are weird and functional, which breaks you down into the "car enthusiast" category - and most car enthusiasts are more interested in the car then how cool each other look. Every once in a while you come across a ricer in a WRX, and its obvious, cause he'll rev at you rather than nod or wave.

I got a wave yesterday, from a stock sedan (and I'm in a stock wagon) too. I think age, and maybe sex are the keys. Older drivers don't tend to be on here, and women may think that you're trying to hit on them. Dunno, whatever.
As the chick in the passenger seat I only wave when I am rather impressed with what I see, I know the person, or when we meet up on one of the nice back roads and Scott has both hands on the wheel turning a corner.

i saw a girl in a wrb on fair oaks today, blonde hair with glasses. i waved i dont think she saw me tho. I see a lot of wrx on fair oaks by watt. this one time this guy in a modded wrx came on from some side street on to fair oaks hauled *** caught up to me waves and then takes off LOL.
