Sorry to hear that - there is nothing clear regarding the terms of the merger if/when it goes through, but I did hear Palo Alto was getting pushed to SSF. Hope your job is safe.

I heard that the Genetech shares were cashed out at 95 per. they didn't transfer to Roche shares, but isn't 95 p/s lucrative? What happened to those whose shares were not totally vested?

All vested and unvested shares were cashed out at 95....
