Before you head over to ATP, make certain that fluid levels are what they should be (coolant, engine oil, etc.).

try running some octane boosters.
Don't reset the ECU unless you really needed to. Subarus have adaptive ECUs which gradually gain horsepower as the ECU pushes the limits over time. Resetting your ECU is sort of like sending it back to 7th grade just before high school graduation. For evidence, check out the first or second installment of SCC's project WRX. The car was stock (or very near it) and lost 10 horsepower at the wheels after the ECU reset.

BTW heres the STi dyno from Vishnus site, My STi did the exact thing A/F on ATPs dyno, dumps right between 2700-3200 right off the chart. First thought was it was pinging and dumping fuel but Dan Godspeed says our ECU wont add fuel when it pings(unlike the EVO) just pull timing. Does your go rich that quick?

That's typical A/F for an STi. It doesn't add fuel to quell knock, basically because it won't help. It runs super rich from the factory.

CAI dont' do much more than make your tuning more difficult later on down the line, and make it so you can hear the turbo and BOV better...

Keep the stock box, and get a nice filter...
