I go there for the entertainment - no one from Craigslist is willing to pay for services - they think everything's "good for your portfolio" or that they see a TFP - and figure it means they get a freebie for simply showing up.

Reminds me of a modeling site that I'm on - as a photographer - where one model is looking for a wedding photographer TFP. I'd shoot her entire wedding, alright - then offer her the choice of six photos from the wedding!!

I'd love to see the reaction to that!!

That's why I didn't get into freelance photography when I was looking for a job. Everyone wants stuff for free, or has a friends with a digital camera that is, therefore, a photographer.

I saw a listing on there from a band looking for a Graphic Designer & Photographer. They wanted someone that did both and were pissed off because they kept getting one or the other. Yeah, I'm really going to do work for someone that is pissed off before I even contact them
