I got some brake pads, lines and fluid installed at mpj. After the install we heard a weird noise and determined i needed to get the rotors turned. So i went to santa cruz subaru. Before going there i called some other places and got price quotes to see what they could do it for and then called bruce(santa cruz subies service rep) to see if he could match it. He then proceeds to tell me that he wont price drop due to his guys only working on subarus and that was a exceptional price..since they are closest to me i went to them. After that i went with the tech to see if the sound had stoped. And it did but htere was a different picthed sound. I asked the tech and he told me it was my tranny i was like what? it shifts fine. So i left thinknig oh my god broke my tranny..Luckily i was near mpj that night and stoped by they told me to come back in the morning so they could look at it i got there right as it closed. So i came back and Gino took it for a spin and said that they needed to flush the lines again and said hed do it for free. Then when they took off my wheels to see what the sound was gino saw that my brake lines had not been pulled back and had been rubbing on the rim and it cut my brake line. THey then replaced my brake line and didnt charge me for a thing and said that they will give me a invoice to give to santa cruz subaru(they do great work huh..) Well i guess what im trying to say is that soren, gino, Mr. Rigs, and Mr. Murts are the best...And if you have any install needs go to mpj
