MPG in da Bay?
I am a pretty new owner of an 06 WRX Wagon and was wondering what kind of mpg I should be expecting in the bay area. Most of my driving is in the city...When I first got the car I definately was driving the car with a little more spirit and got around 18mpg, but now with gas prices I am being a little bit more conscious.

I just got 320 miles to the tank, after reflashing back to stock and resetting my ecu. But this was with mostly highway driving.
oh yeah, 2004 WRX sedan
250~280 to the tank with city/highway driving.

I had mine tuned, got ~ 23-24 combined, about 21 city, and the highest I've gotten is 27 driving down 5 (400 miles to the tank, and then some)
This is in an '02 though, so I don't know what the extra .5L will do to the mileage.

I drive around the south bay: on city streets, on expressways, and on freeways; in all kinds of traffic and none. I get a combined average of about 21-22mpg which tends to be on the 22 side when my lighter wheels are on the car.

I've avg'd about 20-23mpg city/hwy depending on the traffic load. This is mostly commuting from Hayward to Fremont.
I was just curious, do people fill up after the fuel warning light goes on or do you continue for another 20-50 miles? There should be at least 1-2 gallons left iirc.
