Well my traditional artwork is not bad but it is not outstanding. It is also not digital yet. That is going to be the next addition to my sight. Where can I get info on converting to game engines? I also have huge technical experience in an engineering/ architectural setting. Should I include drafting drawings as well or would that not be to useful?

Ok. Thanks for the help. I am going to keep applying and hopefully get a break somewhere. I would rather get paid and have a purpose for the work I do.

hahaha, pretty much everything but animate, which is what i specialized in. When learning maya i tried to learn every aspect the best i could, which helped me get a job, but the larger compainies want you more specialized. I've found that low-poly environmental modeling and prop modeling is a good way to get your foot in the door.

So if I am going to build more stuff on my own where do you think I should focus? As you can see I enjoy hard surface modelling and I think I could do pretty well with environment modelling and level design as well.

I taught a Design Basics class at Ex'pression about 2 years ago.
Glad to see some of the students getting decent jobs.
OneManArmy, there are more designers/artists on this board and into cars than you think.
Where do you work at?
I'm all for networking... Some of my work.

Man I wish I knew some people in the arts. I'm a graphic artist. Pretty much all for print but I've been considering getting into more web stuff or animation.
Would be nice to know some folks in the arts cause I don't and it sucks.
I get lazy....been thinking of getting a new job but way to much junk going on right now....
good luck with the job search gunslinger. You try EA/sony? they're local.

Its funny that a couple of you went to AAC as I am now sitting in the computer lab at the Wharehouse, Im an IDS major tho so a bit different. I figured there would be a couple others on I-Club that either go to or went to AAC.
