I've noticed that the Target closest to my house was $4.84.

The Target where my friend lives is $3.44. Those guys must have mistakenly set the price too low in their scanning system. Happens all the time at the grocery store (however the price is usually "mistakenly" priced too high).

I just buy the 5qt jug from Wal*Mart.

$20.00 and its one jug to throw away....plus they have the filters for a good price.

Price have gone up at the WalMart closest to me: $24.98!

well its still $3.44 at the Santa Rosa and Rohnert Park Target, I just grabbed 15qts yesterday, left a few at the RP one for you guys

i went to san ramon target and it was like 4.99 or 5.99 three weeks ago when RP Target had it for 3.44

Actually, the price was still good until about a month ago! I've been buying it there at $3.44 since last year, but now they've upped the price to $4.xx (don't remember exactly). Oh well, back to Costco...
