I'm more into the Miller/Shields fight.

I'm sick of Fedor, his name is starting to have the same effect as Rickson.

 

This is why Fedor is still the man, takes punishment and still has great precision.

 

UFC wished they had fedor. hahaha, I would really want to see Lesnar get pwned.

it was recorded started 2 hours before it was aired i just kept up on with the live updates on sherdog... But too bad rodgers couldn't do more after he busted open fedor's nose.

All the Strikeforce fights were good. Good show.

How about the Nogueira/Couture fight? Crazy.

 

Damn, I love watching Fedor fight... Unlike any other fighter. His style is so simple and stripped to the fundamentals, yet so adaptive and on top of all that, his power is just amazingly devastating. One shot could easily end a fight, just like that... Although he's a big guy, he has a lot of speed in both his arms and legs.


I'll GLADLY watch strike force over UFC or any other venue as long as they leep broadcasting such great fights.

 

Sort of OT, but I figured you guys would know...

Last month Cro Cop fought some Japanese guy in Japan and knocked him out in like 17 seconds or something insane like that. Crocop used his famous kick to take down the Japanese fighter, it happened really quickly in the first round, fight didn't last longer then 30 seconds... Anyone know what fight I'm talking about? I caught the highlight on an Asian channel and didn't get all the info and wanted to watch the video but I can't find it anywhere!

It happened in Oct (last month) and was Cro Cop vs some Japanese guy, fight was held over seas and lasted less then 30 seconds before Cro Cop knocked the dude out cold.

Anyone know? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

 

I was actually quite disappointed by the Shields/Mayhem fight. I have a lot of respect for Shields, and a friend recieved his purple belt under him in ju-jitsu. He didn't do ANYTHING except lay there. The closest anyone came to a submission was Mayhem almost choking Shields out. Shields has openly said that he can be a striker and is very skillful in that area, but who has seen that? He wouldn't stand up with Mayhem (for obvious reasons) and he did NO damage to Mayhem except burn the clock and waste my time adn Mayhems time.

Shields got awarded for being "safe" rather than fighting.


As for Fedor, hes a badass and will always be. Rogers thought he actually had a chance. LOL
