Yea Bong was piloting the two driver silver WRX with the huge exhaust on it.

You would know if I was driving cause I would be competing for slowest time of the day as I suck at driving.

Bong is already planning the parts to make that Silver car competitive for the next round so it should be interesting to see how it does next time out.

I enjoyed the track, but only got a 50.2ish. I got a 49.5 but collected a cone at the slalom entry.

I think it was all the pigeon poop slowing my car down.

PaulC - Not sure the car Bong was piloting would qualify for D Stock but it does for SM. You must have loved the more available power of the STI and I know the brakes were making Bong jealous.

I wish I had Chris face on camera when I came up behind him asking if the car was a STI!! Priceless...

My expression was that classic, eh?

the brakes are phenominal! the combination of the brakes and the front LSD, you can brake unbelivably deep, it's sool cool I have only had 2 events and one set of fun runs, but I have not found the limits for the STI.... well almost.

during the fun runs Paul told me what he did on right hand turn after the left hand sweeper... Unforunetly he omitted the part about being in 2nd gear, not 3rd I almost made the corner but went a wee bit wide so to speak.

Jason (the owner of the STI I am driving) is a madman... I think the autox bug has already bitten pretty hard.

Me I have a serious case of hood scoop envy and a STI brochure on my desk...

That silver WRX was hauling *** through the sweeper. I would say the first mod should be a decent suspension. I was working the left hand sweeper in the back side. It was interesting to watch Bong's car VS rob's (with the teins). Also you could notice the shifting points between the WRX 5 speed and the 6-speed that Rob has. Rob, or his co-driver, would hit 3rd in the sweeper.
