you basically come to that 3 ways stop where that little market is (where paloma, niles, and pleasanton sunol rd meet), and the entrance to the water district is right there across from that market. i dont' know it's exact hours, but brucelee said it's open till 3pm

wow... honestly, last i heard, the water temple was closed for repairs... then again, that was a few years back.
